Milesheet is provided “as is”. It applies the IRS standard mileage rates published as of July 28, 2026 to the trip records you provide. It is not tax advice and doesn't file anything. It can't make an incomplete log adequate or tell you whether a trip is really business. You remain responsible for your records and your return. Milesheet is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the IRS or any mileage-tracking app.

Free plan

The free plan lets you check trip files of any size and see every total and check and a limited number of log rows, for personal or business use.

Pro

Pro is licensed per person. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; the 7-day pass expires after 7 days. Refunds are available within 14 days if Milesheet can't read your trip file or applies a rate incorrectly.

Acceptable use

Don't resell or redistribute license keys.
